1. Private Counselling
- Individual counselling: $150/60 minutes
- Marriage/couple counselling: $175/60 minutes
- Family Counselling: $175/60 minutes

2. Free counselling
- If you are a principal with CVAP, FNHA or ICBC and have an associated file number, you will receive free counseling services:
- **CVAP Service**: 48 sessions of free counseling.
- **FNHA Service**: 12 free tutoring sessions.
- **ICBC Services**: 12 free counseling sessions.

3. Employer Assistance Program partners
- I work with the following EAP companies to provide them with standard mental health services:
