​我也是一個輔導心理學家及註冊臨床輔導員(R.C.C)，我喜歡用的是情緒導向治療，與案主一同探討他們所經歷的痛苦，從中讓他們的情緒被看見及被明白，這是治療的根本所在。

​本人喜歡的名句，是揀錄自「小王子」一書中:
